This new construction project is the new home of the offices of resources at Wellesley College. Sited adjacent to the first hole of the college’s golf course property, the stucco and shingle design of the structure complements the historic French House across the fairway. Its multiple requirements for college educational, administrative, and residential uses resulted in a broad client team that included College Trustees, Administration, Physical Plant Operations and Maintenance Personnel. The project provides approximately 5000 square feet of office space.
